These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the k777 platform, including all games, sportsbook, live casino, and account services available to players in the Philippines. 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Any winnings accrued on an account that is later found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.
You must also be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players on k777. You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion registry or self-exclusion list applicable under Philippine law. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use k777. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing k777 is lawful in your location before registering. k777 does not accept any liability arising from a player's failure to comply with local laws applicable to them.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on k777. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held. When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. k777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone — any communication making such a request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify k777 support without delay. k777 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure. You may enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of account protection, and we strongly encourage all players to do so.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered player, you agree to use k777 exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose, for money laundering, for fraud, or for any other activity that is illegal under Philippine law or international law. You agree not to engage in any collusion with other players, manipulation of game outcomes, or exploitation of software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your registered account. You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to postponement, cancellation, or other qualifying events will be refunded to your account balance in accordance with individual sport or market rules published on the platform.
k777 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or refuse bets from any player at any time, and to restrict access to certain games or markets without prior notice. The platform may experience scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods during which some or all services may be temporarily unavailable. k777 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance. Any bets that remain open during a technical failure will be settled in accordance with available data at the time of restoration; k777 will act in good faith to protect player interests in such circumstances. 6. Payments & Transactions
All player account balances on k777 are held and transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including GCash and Maya, as well as major Philippine bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits published on the platform and may change from time to time. k777 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which k777 accepts no responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with our anti-money laundering procedures. k777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, though delays may occur due to additional verification requirements or banking processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is as published on the platform at the time of your request. k777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence relating to the source of funds for any withdrawal it deems necessary to review. Balances that have been credited as a result of promotional bonuses may be subject to additional wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
k777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k777's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. k777 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these terms, from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence, or from any third-party actions. This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by k777's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players accept that gambling involves financial risk and k777 accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses incurred through normal platform operation.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
k777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that these terms have been breached, if fraud or money laundering is suspected, if a player is found to be underage, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. During a suspension, access to the account and any associated funds may be restricted pending investigation. k777 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal constraints that may prevent disclosure.
Players may also voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time by contacting k777 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees or pending bonus conditions will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Players who have activated self-exclusion through k777's responsible gaming tools may not request reinstatement of their account until the self-exclusion period has fully expired, and must complete a mandatory cooling-off process before reinstatement is considered. k777 takes its duty of care obligations seriously and may decline reinstatement if it believes doing so would not be in the player's best interest.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the k777 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the exclusive intellectual property of k777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the k777 platform without express prior written permission from k777.
Any unauthorized use of k777's intellectual property, including scraping, framing, or mirroring any portion of the platform, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The k777 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered or pending registration and may not be used without written authorization. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. k777 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, and players agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with k777.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first contact k777 customer support to seek resolution through our internal dispute resolution process. k777 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of our internal process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law that cannot be waived by contract.
